Mysore Style Self-Practice

A chance for personal development for experienced yoga practitioners!


This class is intended for experienced students who want to develop independence and confidence in their individual practice and to strengthen personal weak points. In this class you will practice at your own pace, while the teacher will help you to identify and work through your physical or mental weak points related to postures, breath-movement balance, concentration, etc.


The teacher will provide non-verbal assistance and hands-on adjustments allowing for a direct and powerful learning experience. Only skilled and experienced teachers are in charge of this class.
