Lunch Hour Yoga is your gift to yourself in the middle of a busy day: 75 minutes of paying attention to your body, your breath and your consciousness, that allow you to go through the rest of your day more calmly.
With Lunch Hour Yoga you can take time out to relax, reinvigorate your body and mind, and enjoy a class for all levels – from new students that have just entered the world of yoga to skilled and experienced practitioners. The mixed-level class creates a unique combination between a flowing, dynamic practice and a deep focus on movement and breath, with attention given to the specific needs of the group and the ability level of each student.
