The Soft Ashtanga class is based on the therapeutic principles of yoga chikitsa – the Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga, which develops flexibility, purifies the body, and prepares the student for the more advanced series.
In this class our skilled teachers take care to adapt the practice to fit with the age, needs, and limitations of each student.
The personal attention and gentle rhythm of the class make it especially suitable for all age groups, including the golden and silver age, as well as for women at any stage of pregnancy.
This is a gentle class with a special atmosphere that also allows older students to do yoga and benefit from a group practice with individual attention.
