With 25 years of experience, we at the Yoga Shala understand that every student has a different physical and energetic constitution, and therefore different needs and preferences.
We offer a wide range of classes of different levels and with different emphases. We invite you to take advantage of our team of qualified teachers skilled at adapting the practice to fit with the needs of any group of students.
In all classes we attach great importance to personal attention and consideration of the level and particular needs of each student. That way we can offer the ideal yoga experience, allowing you to challenge yourself and make the most of your abilities.
Classes form a series of stages of increasing intensity, allowing for correct and logical progress as well as a deepening of your yoga practice. Our teachers, who will guide you through this process, will help you to move between the different levels.

In addition to regular classes, we offer special yoga classes for kids and for pregnant women, as well as yoga therapy sessions, where you can benefit from an individual or small-group practice aimed at relieving mental or physical symptoms.
Please note that all our teachers can speak English if needed – just let us know when you come to the class.
